All orders will be processed within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Shipping is done via USPS. Orders will be received within 2-3 days depending on location. Express shipping is available for an additional fee and will shipped the same day.

In any event that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777. Royal Reign Swim will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. To avoid this issue, please make sure your address is correct before placing an order.

Unfortunately, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. If there is an issue, kindly send us an email with order number.
